HOW TO USE THIS WEB SITE: This web site is divided into 21 main sites as represented by the twenty one yellow buttons on the top of each page. Ingredient:
Two eggplants, four black mushrooms, vegetarian ham (optional), one red
pepper, and cilantro.
Spices: One
teaspoon each of salt, sugar, and chili sauce. One tablespoon of soya sauce,
one tablespoon of cornstarch.
Procedure: 1)
Clean eggplant and cut into pieces.
2) Cut vegetarian ham into pieces
(optional). Chop
up red pepper.
3) Fry eggplants in a wok until
they are soft. Drain.
4) Heat up wok
and add about three tablespoonful of oil. Add mushroom and then red pepper.
Add vegetarian ham and eggplants. Add spices and cook until the sauce thickens
up.
