HOW TO USE THIS WEB SITE: This web site is divided into 21 main sites as represented by the twenty one yellow buttons on the top of each page. Ingredients: Three chicken legs, three eggs, two lemons, flour (4 ounces).
Spices: Two tablespoons of sugar, two tablespoons of lemon juice, one and a half tablespoons of white vinegar, ¾ of a cup of chicken broth, one tablespoon of cornstarch.
Procedure: 1)
Debone chicken. Marinate chicken in half a
teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of cooking wine for 15 minutes at least.
2) Beat up three eggs. Add flour
to form a batter.
3) Dip chicken in batter and deep
fry until golden brown. Drain and cut into strips.
4) Cook spices in a wok to form
lemon sauce.
5) Slice lemon and arrange them
on a plate. Arrange chicken strips on top of lemon. Pour sauce on top of
chicken
