Our favorite Chinese Restaraunt used to serve a dish that sounded like "Pe Pod Tofu". It wasn't on their menu but if you knew about it they whipped it up. We think it contained shrimp and deep fried tofu that came out really light and airy. Does anyone have a similar recipe to share or know the correct name of the dish?
