HOW TO USE THIS WEB SITE: This web site is divided into 21 main sites as represented by the twenty one yellow buttons on the top of each page. The user can surf from one main site to another using these bottons. Within each main site use the vertical navigation bar on the left hand side to navigate from one page to another. Sweet bean paste (150 grams), cooking wine (25 grams), soy sauce (100 grams), sugar (15 grams), MSG (3 grams split into two parts), sesame oil (40 grams, split into two parts), green onion, ginger slices, garlic slices, sugar.
Procedure:
1) Clean mutton and soak it in water. Wash away any blood
2) Place mutton on the bottom of a bowl, add sweet bean paste, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, ginger slices, garlic slices, sesame oil, MSG, and broth. Put a lid on and steam for 4-5 hours.
3) Place mutton on a plate. Take the sauce from 2), add MSG and thicken with cornstarch solution. Pour on top of mutton and add sesame oil before serving.
