HOW TO USE THIS WEB SITE: This web site is divided into 21 main sites as represented by the twenty one yellow buttons on the top of each page. Procedure:
1) Crack eggs and separate yolks from white. Beat egg white in the same direction until thickened.
2) Mix flour with egg yolk to form a paste
3) Divide red bean paste into 10 portions and shape them into disk shapes. Shred coconut.
4) Heat up wok add oil. Scoop flour paste 2) into wok and fry. This should produce 10 pancakes of 8 cm in diameter. Remove cakes from oil and stuff bean paste in the center of the cake. Cover bean paste with more flour paste (from 2). Fry until golden brown.
