HOW TO USE THIS WEB SITE: This web site is divided into 21 main sites as represented by the twenty one yellow buttons on the top of each page. The user can surf from one main site to another using these bottons. Within each main site use the vertical navigation bar on the left hand side to navigate from one page to another. Use the search command on the upper left to find what you are looking for.
1) Peel apples, pears and banana. Cut into strips. Mix fruit strips in a bowl with flour and cinnamon powder. Soak plum in warm water. Cut coconut meat into 5 mm thick strips.
2) Mix flour with water to form a paste. Spread tofu sheet on a table top. Brush flour paste on tofu sheet. Spread mixed fruit strips on tofu sheet. Place a coconut strip on top of the fruits and roll into a 4 cm roll with the coconut meat in the center. Cut roll into 1 cm thick.
3) Heat up wok. Pour in oil and fry the fruit rolls until golden brown.
